進(jìn)入七年級(jí)的教室，看到了既熟悉又陌生的面孔，熟悉的是有十幾個(gè)學(xué)生是以前教過(guò)的，陌生的是那些曾在羅山上五年級(jí)過(guò)來(lái)的學(xué)生。就這樣，我開(kāi)始了這一學(xué)期的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作。最初，班上的每個(gè)學(xué)生還是挺配合工作的，每天認(rèn)真完成作業(yè)，認(rèn)真背書(shū)，接著第一次考試來(lái)了，考完后的結(jié)果還是讓我挺滿意的。我也發(fā)現(xiàn)了班上的一些英語(yǔ)尖子生，在后來(lái)的教學(xué)中，我盡力把自己能傳授的東西講給他們，但慢慢的我就發(fā)現(xiàn)班上的一些問(wèn)題，那幾個(gè)以前不做作業(yè)的同學(xué)也終于憋不住了，終于不完成作業(yè)了，還有就是劉xx、劉xx等同學(xué)在課堂上也越來(lái)越喜歡說(shuō)話，做小動(dòng)作了，對(duì)于這樣的情況，最初我能做的就是勸解他們，但一次，兩次有效，后來(lái)就沒(méi)那么有作用了...但總體來(lái)說(shuō)班上的小伙伴們表現(xiàn)還是不錯(cuò)的，每一次的考試也沒(méi)讓我失望，緊接著其中考試來(lái)了，課考出的成績(jī)卻比平時(shí)的差遠(yuǎn)了，這就讓我反思這其中怎么了，為什么會(huì)這樣？后來(lái)在這后半個(gè)學(xué)期，我每堂課依舊認(rèn)真的上著，每個(gè)單元的新課上完就及時(shí)講解練習(xí)冊(cè)中的習(xí)題，緊接著就進(jìn)行單元測(cè)試，講解試卷。每一個(gè)單元都這樣有條不紊的進(jìn)行著，把新課結(jié)束了就每個(gè)單元印一張?jiān)嚲韥?lái)進(jìn)行期末復(fù)習(xí)，然后進(jìn)行專題復(fù)習(xí)，最后進(jìn)行期末測(cè)試，就這樣結(jié)束了七年級(jí)上學(xué)期的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作。但不知這樣的步驟，能不能讓學(xué)生們?nèi)〉昧钊藵M意的成績(jī)呢？

I didn’t finish my work today. I didn’t write the English dairy. My mother was
very angry because she has keen me to get ahead in the career. I know that she is good for me, but I don’t know how to say now. May be I lacks confidence in myself. Now I am writing my English now. From now on I will force myself to practice English and do exercise. I hope I can be turn better tomorrow.
Today I knew a new word: practices makes perfect.
