　　上去時，我的心情很緊張，開始了，我的頭一直低著，只感覺一下高一下低，倒過來又正過去。我抬起頭，看到的.是一片草坪，我沒有害怕，堅強的抬著頭，像在天空中翱翔的鳥一樣。

　　When I went up, I was very nervous. At the beginning, my head was always low. I just felt a little bit higher and lower, and then I was in the past again. I raised my head and saw a lawn. I was not afraid. I raised my head firmly like a bird flying in the sky.

　　下來時，我的腿軟了。

　　When I came down, my legs were soft.
